Refund policy

To receive a refund per the policy below, fill out the Refund & Scratch form.

STALLS & CLINIC/PRACTICE
• Refunds for stalls/clinics/cow practice are due by the SCRATCH DEADLINE to receive
complete refund (minus credit card fees).
• Requests after the Scratch Deadline will be honored if we can fill your spot in clinics/practices.
• SHTX will retain $10/stall/RV for all late stall scratches.
• Refunds for stalls/RVs are DUE on the FRIDAY of the show. No refunds after Friday of the show.

ENTRY SCRATCHES
• All show scratches must fill out the Refund & Scratch form.
• Scratches must be received by the SCRATCH DEADLINE to receive complete refund. After that, cattle & office fees are non-refundable. Those who have not prepaid will receive an invoice for cattle & office fees.
• Refunds for entries are DUE on the FRIDAY of the show. No refunds after Friday of the show.
